Even without Internet
Your printed card shows your emergency contact in plain text: readable without a phone. A second, optional QR code contains the same contact as text: any QR code reader displays it, even offline.
Without Internet, the online record and professional access cannot be consulted: we do not claim otherwise. That is why the essentials are printed directly on the card.

Frequently asked questions
What happens at the end of the subscription?
The QR code no longer shows your contacts. Your data is kept for 365 days so you can renew without re-entering everything, then your medical information is erased. You are notified before each step.
Is my medical information safe?
They are encrypted in our database, never included in the QR code, never stored in the app cache, and visible only to verified professionals. They remain self-declared: they do not replace a medical examination.
Can I create a record for my child or an elderly parent?
Yes, up to 6 records per account, each with its own QR code and subscription.
I am a first-aider or carer: how do I access records?
Request accreditation with your professional card. After verification, you turn on two-factor authentication.
