Availability search

The search fee (100 FCFA, about ≈ 0,15 €) pays for the referent's work, whether or not the product is found and whether or not you buy. No additional fee (widened search, delivery) is charged without your explicit consent after the amount is shown. Delivery is never mandatory.

Prices and availability are those given by the pharmacies at the time of the search. Some products (including emergency contraception) are dispensed according to local rules and the pharmacist's advice.

Shop

Merchants are verified by Protège Plus. Regulated products require specific authorisation and prior approval. An order paid by Mobile Money is confirmed as soon as the operator approves the payment, or after the proof sent has been checked. A cancelled order is refunded if it was paid.

For merchants: 3 free months from activation, then either a subscription of 2,000 FCFA per month or a commission of 2 % on the price of products in delivered orders (no commission on cancelled or refunded orders).

SOS+

Subscription of 2,000 FCFA for 365 days. The information is declared by the holder and does not replace a medical examination. Without Internet, only the information printed on the card and the offline QR code can be read.
