You then choose to go yourself or get it delivered. If nothing is found, we offer to widen the search to neighbouring areas, with your consent.

The link is saved on the device used (“Intimate health” page). Otherwise, call support with your tracking code (R-XXXXXX): to protect your privacy, a phone number alone cannot be used to find a request.

By Mobile Money (T-Money, Moov Money/Flooz): you send the amount, then enter the transaction reference. A team member checks it. For the shop, cash on delivery is also possible.

Pages already viewed, your cart, your drafts and your SOS+ cards remain accessible. A request sent offline goes out automatically when the network returns: it is only confirmed when the server responds.
